What is your return policy for the CPAP RX Package?

For the CPAP RX Package, we offer free returns within 60 days of your order, if you have not yet completed the CPAP RX Questionnaire. 

What is your return policy for cash payments?

We accept returns on any unopened product within 30 days of the original ship date. A 15% returns processing fee will be subtracted from the original cost and a credit for the difference will be issued. Shipping costs are not refundable. Please note that any product that has been opened cannot be returned.

We accept returns on merchandise sold with manufacturing defects. If the product you purchased has defective materials or workmanship, contact us for troubleshooting. Then, if necessary, an RMA# will be issued to you via email. We will contact the manufacturer on your behalf to ensure the item is fixed or replaced appropriately under its warranty policy. Please note that any associated shipping cost to return merchandise is not covered in any warranty situation.

No credits, refunds, or replacements will be issued until we have received the products in our facilities and examined them.

Special note about masks and machines:

Mask sizes vary, even between different models made by the same manufacturer. To confirm that a mask is a right fit for you, refer to our product specifications or contact us at! 

As CPAP supplies are medical equipment of a very personal nature, all machines (CPAP, APAP, BiPAP, and Humidifiers) cannot be returned once opened, whether the unit shows hours of usage or not. Warranty decisions for repair or replacement are made by the manufacturer.

Out-of-warranty machines (CPAP, APAP, and BiPAP) that experience functional issues MAY be repairable by the manufacturer. This policy varies by manufacturer. If your product can be repaired by the manufacturer, a Diagnostic Fee may or may not be applied to the actual repair cost. This fee will be collected before submitting the machine to the manufacturer for assessment.
