The Good / The Transcend Auto miniCPAP is about the size of a soda can and rated highly among campers for durability. It also has multiple power options.

The Transcend Auto Mini CPAP features EZEX pressure relief technology which allows the user to exhale with ease. It is compatible with most masks and includes a universal adapter hose. The blower is vibration free for quiet operation and there are a plethora of power options available for this model.
Using EZEX pressure relief technology, the Transcend lowers the pressure level at every out-breath, resulting in a more comfortable and natural therapy experience. There are four settings, ranging from 0 cm H2O to 4 cm H2O of relief.
The machine automatically adjusts the pressure levels accordingly, in order to compensate for mask leaks, position shifts, and apneas.
The Transcend Auto Mini CPAP has various power options. For the more recreational users, a solar battery option is available. If you have access to power in your RV or at the hotel, a DC mobile power adapter is another option. However, if you are uncertain of either of these power sources, you can always purchase the Transcend Multi-Night Battery. It can run up to 16 hours before needing to be completely charged.
The Transcend Auto Mini CPAP allows the PAP user to track compliance data. The device holds up to 13 months of data and can be transmitted when connected to a Windows based computer using the included USB cable. You can even email the compliance information to your Practitioner or DME (Durable Medical Equipment) supplier when you need new or a change in PAP supplies.
One of the more favored features on the Transcend Auto Mini CPAP is the option to add or to remove the humidifier function. PAP users do not always need humidification. The unit’s power options are superior to others and it’s global power options remain a top selling feature for the traveling PAP user.
