What is Health Sqyre?

Health Sqyre is a company designed to help you, the patient.   In medieval times a "squire" was defined as a young nobleman acting as an attendant to a knight before becoming a knight himself.  Today we've redefined Sqyre as an attendant who is committed to providing healthcare services and products that are simple and convenient to purchase.

Where Can I Find My Order Confirmation?

When you place an order with Health Sqyre, you'll receive an email confirmation for your order.  

How Can I Track My Order?

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email from Health Sqyre with your tracking URL.

If you don't receive a tracking URL after a few days, please email us at support@healthsqyre.com with your order number and we'll get back to you with the tracking information.

DOctor Consultations

Who makes the diagnosis?

All of our consultations are performed by a U.S. board-certified, licensed physician.

How long does it take?

A consultation questionnaire takes about 5 minutes to complete. 

When can I do a Consultation?

You may complete a consultation questionnaire 24/7.  One of our U.S. board-certified, licensed physicians will review the questionnaire and Health Sqyre will notify you of the results as soon as we have them.  We receive results from our physicians within two business days and in as little as 24 hours.  

What does my Doctor Consultation cost?

Prices vary depending on the type of doctor consultation package you purchase.    

Are Consultations covered by insurance?

Your receipt can be submitted to your insurance company, but we cannot guarantee you will be reimbursed.

Can I get a prescription?

Health Sqyre physicians are U.S. board-certified, licensed physicians and can write prescriptions if they believe that it is medically necessary to treat a condition.  We treat sleep apnea related health conditions, and do not provide prescriptions for pain medications or narcotics. Health Sqyre is not an online pharmacy. You are responsible for the cost of any prescription related products or follow-up visits you may need.

Insurance Claim Services

How Do I Give Health Sqyre My Purchase & Health Insurance Information?

Once you've completed your Insurance Claim Service order, you'll receive an email from Health Sqyre that includes all of the details that we need to get from you to submit your claim.  

How Long does It Take to Process a Claim?

Once we have all of the information we need, Health Sqyre will submit the claim within 24 hours and typically even on the same day! The time that it will take your claim to be processed varies by insurance company, however, the average processing time is approximately three weeks.  The process time could be shorter or longer depending on your insurance company, the complexity of the claim, and/or whether the claim results require us to file an appeal.

How Do I know the Status of My Claim?

Health Sqyre will email you with updates when we have them.  For example, Health Sqyre will email you when your claim has been submitted and will email you with any claim updates such as processing, completed, paid, etc.

What If My Claim is Denied?

Health Sqyre's expertise in submitting insurance claims minimizes the chances that claims will be denied.  However, some insurance companies can be more "difficult" than others and sometimes a claim will be denied.  In the event that a claim is denied, Health Sqyre will work with the insurance company to make sure we provide all necessary additional information and we will appeal the claim on your behalf.

Shipping

How Much is Shipping?

Shipping is FREE!  All of our services and packages come with free standard shipping.  However, you do have the option to expedite your shipment.  Each expedited shipping option has an additional cost. 

How Long Does It Take To Process an Order?

Health Sqyre prides itself on fast processing and shipping. Your order should be on its way to you within one business day (or less, if we are able to ship it out the same day).

HOw Long Does It Take To Receive A Shipment?

Our free shipping is fast. Most orders will arrive to you within 3-6 business days (they also conveniently ship on Saturdays)! Expedited shipping is also available.
